In Shma we say:
With all of your hearts, to uproot our desires from the pleasures of this world, which comes from the concept of avoda zara (from the shmarei ha'ofanim and mazalos etc.)
With of of your soul, refers to the study of the Torah which needs to be learned, "adayta de'nafshei" (like "be'chol nafshecha) according to one's soul" (meaning that you realize it applies to you, personaly.)
With all of your might, means to truly attach to the infinite beyond your boundaries.
After that we accept the yolk of mitzvos in vehaya etc.
This answers the question brought in Shalah hakadosh of why we mention going out of mitzrayim in all the mitzvos, since you have the preface "with all of your might," going beyond your boundaries, before you can accept the yolk of mitzvos, like in ve'haya
