So according to Kabbala, a kiss is composed of 2 parts. The kiss he gives and the breath he receives from her. She also gives and gets a kiss and a breath from him. So, that's 4.
In addition, since she can not ask from him outright, but he, conversely, is obligated to appease her with his speech and say nice things to her. So that makes one concept of speach for a total of 5 parts to a kiss.
The kiss itself corresponds with the level of neshama shile the breath is the ruach (which even means "wind" or breath) and the speach corresponds with nefesh.
Rav Chaim Vital says that is why we see the connective terms of "Neshama le'Neshama" and "Rucha be'rucha" but not "nefesh be'nefesh" since the nefesh here is singular.
My question is that we do have nefesh benefesh, like Yehuda says about Binyamin and Yakov in this Parsha.
He may only referring to the terms that are expressed in the Zohar about souls being connected to each other.
