The light that shines from a person's countenance is dependent on how careful they are with the bris.

Like the beauty of Yossef Ha'Tzaddik (who was careful with the bris, resisting sexual impropriety), getting his beauty from his mother Rachel, described as "beautiful of figure and beautiful of countenance."

Beauty here is described as a mixture of two colors, a balance as was in Yakov, tiferes, and Yosef, yesod. "These are the offspring of Yakov, Yossef..." The balanced flow as it expresses through the concept of speach, Rachel. (So Yossef's coat of mixed colors etc.) Thus Yakov is comforted for Rachel's lose by Yossef's presence.

There both is and isn't a mazel for Israel and how the name Moshe is not reflexive. Ahavat Aztmo is usually hidden.
