When you spin the gragger upon hearing Haman's name, the noise is your cry of repentance towards Hashem. 

The circular spin of the gragger are loud, outwardly celebrated miracles. The dreidel, meanwhile, are the silent constant miracles. Both intrude upon our natural sphere to lend redemption and shine a light from the encompassing light beyond.

There both is and isn't a mazel for Israel and how the name Moshe is not reflexive.
