There are kochos me'sitra deklipa that "steal" netzutzei kedusha. There are also neshams of tzadikim that "steal" netzutzos from klipa to kedusha, like the neshamos hagerim or the chamor (maybe like r' Pinchas ben yair)

When a neshama from a higher world shows itself to someone in this world it appears as a person, like Rav Hamnuna. However, when the klipa appears, it appears as a donkey. This is the donkey that the neshama of Moshiach is going to rule over and "ride on."

There both is and isn't a mazel for Israel and how the name Moshe is not reflexive. The two opinions in Gemara about whether or not -יש מזל לישראל Israel is under the influence of "mazal" are actually both in agreement with each other מר אמר חדא ומר אמר חדא ולא פליגי.
