On the other side there is also a parallel rule of "aliya tzorech yerida," an "ascent for the purpose of a descent."

When bringing out each "prat" -detail of a "klal" - the general, the previous detail must go back into the general before next detail can come out, and that is the purpose and process of the elavation back upwards of that detail.

Perhaps by the same token the descent of each detail only makes sense in the context of the klal, and that one doesn't bring something down to simply stay in that place but as part of the process of revealing the entirety. So when it descends it's expected to ascend afterwards.

(In general though, it seems to work because there is a mayla in the below that enables that which descends to gain something it could not get above, such as the sparks one elevates or the concept of the "end tied to the beginning" or the highest revelation is specifically below.
